    Also, the man-loving side of me appreciates that when I go underwear shopping, I have the picture of a veritable Roman god in my shopping bag.

    I only just realised that (!)

    Being gay, I know I can enjoy my later years with a man who will not suddenly fly into hormonal rages due to menopause.

    I could actually see this getting potentially personal about each other's views of the opposite sex....

    I feel that since I have come out I can be more like me. I also am more confident because I had to come to terms with the fact that I was different from most people.

    I get to make gay jokes with my friends.

    When I want kids, I only need to give birth to 1/2 of them.

    -We're alot more empathetic towards other people in general because we know how it feels to be excluded and alone.

    -We can easily figure out who our real friends are.

    -Our lives have meaning and purpose.
