In response to my wife and I both choosing to change jobs, we got on a new insurance plan. The coverage available for gender confirmation procedures and hormonal treatments aren't great, but they aren't bad. For starters, I have coverage for therapy. I'm going to find and talk to a therapist, going into it knowing that whether I take it or not, there's a path to transition ready to go.
