Both are supposed to be really good books. Been meaning to read Atonement and A Hundred Years of Solitude. But thus far, I have always started reading another book instead.

I've just finished The No. 1 Ladies' Detective Agency - at risk of sounding like a philistine, I thought the TV adaptation was better.

I'm in the middle of a Kindle book called Wolf. It's about warring clans of shape shifting humans.

Modern Man in Search of a Soul by Carl Jung. Though it took me a bit longer to get through it than I would've liked, I found it a very good follow up to his memoir. Each essay is about, or meant to be, a specific topic though many of them overlap with one another and due to his way of writing and elaborating it can get a bit tricky to follow at times.

Though, naturally, it'll take time and numerous re-readings to let his ideas sink in, I nonetheless greatly enjoyed it. Always find it interesting to read his ideas regarding spirituality, especially outside of the traditional, mainstream ones. However, partly due to circumstances, I may take a break from his writings for a little bit.

Finished Wolf. The ending was blah. The Nirvana Effect was good. I have lots of time so I'm reading Harry Potter again.
