Reading, going for long good paced walks (at times I will walk around 10km or more), and writing; though I haven't been writing as much for quite a while now, as I have increasingly delved into literature.
Fantasy unfortunately isn't something I readily pick up to read so my suggestions are going to be limited. Not sure which fantasy novels you have read but I'd suggest, Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit, Piranesi, Johnathan Strange and Mr. Norrell, and the novels by Ursula K. Le Guin.
I like to go into my workshop and fix stuff or make something. Love to DIY, fitted my own kithchen and Bathroom. As a female most people in my small minded town see that as a Male domain, gets a lot of reactions mostly disbelief.
I spend a lot of time at the shooting range. My kids figure skate so I also spend a lot of time being cold lol
I owned a remodeling business and have done complete guts and remodels. Get a lot of disbelief around here too and I live in a big city in the western US. I think especially because I'm pretty feminine. They assume no way I can swing a framing hammer, lol. But I also get a lot of flack when I tell people I shoot. Seems so many folks feel only men are capable of doing certain to things and being proficient at them
I love running the most but all sports are good…canoeing, cycling, fastpacking etc. Reading is also a great way to unwind.
Read or play a farming game on my switch. I also love to stare into space and daydream. Occasionally I knit. Nothing good just row after row of the same stitch. I attempted crochet. I learned what to but couldn’t execute it.
