Yes, but not in the context you're probably hoping for. I used to put Kool-Aid and eggs in condoms, and after filling them up, tie them off, and throw them at people's clothes and cars (it made it ridiculously difficult to remove from clothes or paint jobs). Sometimes, the condom would rip when preparing them.
