    I understand. That is only a decision that you can make. But it sounds like you are either going to need to repress them or act on them. They aren't just going to go away. Either direction that you choose you will need a plan. If there is anything I can do to help just let me know.

    I was in bed typing to this thread and wife turned over from sleep and asked what I was doing.

    I told her I was reaching out for support and information as I prepare to meet with therapist in a few weeks.

    she asked if ppl reply. I said yes, ppl say to be honest with her.

    I put phone down to go to sleep. After about a half hour she went to bathroom and then proceeded to go sleep downstairs.

    I don’t know what to think. I love her dearly.
