    I didn't really like Shelter...I'm sorry...

I liked: Kissing Jessica Stein, In & Out, and Milk

A Single Man was just stunning. So sober and moving and beautifully shot. Remains my favourite.

Didn't bother to read through every page, but I thought that Ma Vie en Rose deserves mention. I liked Rent when I was younger, but I've grown more than just tired of it.

Lost and Delirious, it may be sad but I love it none the less.
    D.E.B.S....it's hilarious.
(edit: I think it's funny that these are both lesbian movies)

I've never seen a gay-themed movie. *is ashamed* I must fix this!

Agreed, Shelter wasn't that great of a flick. Everyone said it was really good, but when I saw it I found the love story to just be short of pure escapism. Generic plot with generic shots, made me feel it wasn't worth the hype.

I just thought it would be more then it was I suppose.

I really wanna see A Single Man! Maybe I'll watch it tonight, On Demand.

I recommend Ma vie en cinémascope. BEAUTIFUL movie, and although there some parts that could be debateably cheesy it still works as a wonderfully shot and stylized film. It isn't gay persay but Alys Robi is pretty big in queer quebecois culture. IT's like if someone did a character study on Judy Garland!

Why is Brokeback Mountian so good?
    I never really understood this.

Milk on the other hand! SOOO GOOD!

Having just watched Love! Valor! Compassion! I feel I must add it to my growing list of favorites. Jason Alexander plays gay men so convincingly.

Shelter is the best gay themed movie I have seen. Then
    2. Prayers for Bobby (watched it 3 times, i cried in all of them)
    3. Todd's coming out story (isnt really a movie, but part of a british show called Coronation Street)
    4. Get Real
    5. Latter days
    6. Kiss the bride (the actors were hot  )

I liked Get Real, it was a realistic portrayal of a young gay mans life.

I just watched Shelter and it was really sweet but it also reaffirmed how much of a lesbian I am. When it got a bit to intense for me I would cover my eyes like a little kid. And it wasn't even that intense lol On the other hand But I'm a Cheerleader and The Incredibly True Adventure of Two Girls in Love are probably my two favorite happy GLBT movies and I don't have to cover my eyes  Prayers for Bobby is my favorite when I feel sad I've never seen Milk and I plan to correct this in the near future

You mean Another Gay Movie? Another Gay Sunshine Day is just the main track for the movie....:stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

This is of course personal opinion. But I thought it was the worst film I'd ever seen...
