I was born in England (Stevenage, Hertfordshire to be precise). I have Scottish parents, so I mainly identify as Scottish. I live in Clydebank, by the way.
I don't like the politics or culture. Just about the only thing I do like is the weather. And the healthcare, I suppose, although they're killing that too.
Yep there are a few of us English girls on here I'm a Londoner myself, so not too far from hertfordshire...
hey, hey. me me! i live in england in HERTFORSHIRE. whereabouts in heartforshire are you? im near to royston.
I identify as Australian, but my Dad and my Mum's family are all English and some are Welsh. I have spent lots of time there, I am a dual-citizen and I even have a slight accent. Hertfordshire, you say? That's exactly where my Dad grew up, though he was born in Essex. When I was little I was looked after a lot by Granny, who is very English in a dear sort of way. In a way, even though I was a born Australian, I have inherited the culture and identify strongly with Britain.
