Hey Iv posted here before twice about the issues Iv been having basically I was diagnosed with OCD a few years ago by a few doctors/therapist and have been on medication since. Iv been on the same dosage now for over 4 years without a break just thought I’d add that in. Anyway when I masturbate and I think of a gay scenario or if I look at a video or photo of it particularly the thought of me performing oral on a man I feel I can orgasm faster or get to orgasm faster? I also get a feeling in my mouth. The thought of it does not give me erections or anything like that and I don’t want to do it but why does this happen? Iv had this problem for awhile it sometimes goes away but it’s back now and making me miserable. I’v posted on many forums and on here aswell and everyone has said I’m straight and it’s my ocd? But how can it be if it makes me orgasm? I’m really worried about this and I keep testing it to figure out what causes it and I can’t
This is your OCD. It's what OCD does. You keep testing and don't believe others, when they say it is OCD. Go and look over your medication dosages and discuss about it with your OCD specialist or the person who described them. Discussing it here won't do you any good. Talk to the OCD specialist.
You can have orgasm during gay porn, you can have orgasm even if you look on the table. The question is if gay porn is that what you want inside you.
Yes you can have an orgasm in many scenarios. It's not all equal though. Your sexual response (arousal) could be very different in each case.

That’s not you. Please relax. Various forms of OCD are fairly common. Just recognize it for what it is and quit letting the fear of being gay control you.
I relate to a lot of what you're going through and I even get dreams and almost wet dreams from this too. It's really weird how nowadays I seem to orgasm much faster when I think of something gay than when I don't.
Bro, I’m not sure that you’re understanding what I am saying. It’s not the orgasmic Olympics here. We are not measuring the 100m sprint time. Forget all about that. It could simply be that something new stimulates your brain more quickly. The brain is a sexual organ you know. That doesn’t mean that you are gay. Sometimes it’s just a look in a man’s eye or his proximity into my personal space or his appearance or his expression of thought that turns me on. I’m turned on by men and I imagine it’s like a hetero person is turned on by the opposite gender. It’s just how I feel about a hot guy. If that’s not you don’t force the issue. You could be having symptoms of OCD. Maybe, maybe not, but if that’s a concern professional counseling is something that I recommend.
Thanks all for the replies. It still concerns me though about the whole ejaculation thing. The sensation in my mouth and all it feels very real. I have been diagnosed with OCD but surely that wouldn’t be the cause of it? Also I don’t recall having other themes? I did have an obsessive fear of storms as a child and would constantly watch weather forecasts and look at the sky to see if there would be one? But back to the main problem what would orgasm happen so fast if I didn’t enjoy it? Is there something in my sub consious causing this?
