    Maybe a little more masculine than I would have expected, actually. It would have been interesting to see what I scored before I started coming out to people--I'll bet it would have been somewhat different. Some of the other personality scores have definitely evolved since then.

    And, thankfully, there were questions such as "Athletic?" and "Loves Children?" to which I could answer "rarely."

    I also liked that there were 3 centered options to show that a person could lean slightly one way or the other from the midpoint.

    Sandra Lipsitz Bem was married to Darryl Bem. They had an unconventional marriage, based on Wiki. Darryl Bem was probably secular, so he wasn't leaning conservative or liberal, and originated the "erotic becomes exotic" concept as it relates to human sexuality through his research and academic pursuits.
