    Recommended use of shampoo is usually every other day. It dries out your hair if you use it too much.

    I don't take as many showers as I probably should, just in general. Since it's bad for my hair and skin, I just use some 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash, that seems to do the trick and my hair doesn't get all oily.

    I wash it every few days. My hair gets way too ugh if I wash it every day.

    That's what I do I can't do it every day cause if I shampoo it gets too dry and then it takes 3 days for it to get back to normal I need to find a good shampoo and conditioner that doesn't do that

    I take a shower once a day unless I'm lazy on the weekend. Anytime I shower I use shampoo. Why would you take a shower to wash your body, but not wash your hair? :confused:

    Just like most people here. I shower once a day with shampoo. If I don't, then I'd want to scratch my head and feel "dirty".

    I was my hair 2 times a week. I wash it on Wednesdays and Sunday's and I almost always shower at night. :slight_smile:

    My hair is super oily, so if I don't wash it every day, I look like I haven't washed it in a week T.T Sometimes in the winter I can get away with dry shampoo to give my hair a break, but in the summer, even at the end of the day I look like a hot mess, minus the hot T.T

    My hair is very curly, so if I wash it every day with shampoo it'll become very dehidrated and frizzy. I'm considering trying the no-poo method, but I just bought a very expensive Redken kit I'd like to at least finish first haha. Maybe I'll do it during summer (December-February).
