Sorry that happened to you :icon_sad:

I could never do that unless I was pretty certain he was gay. I'm way too chicken shit.

Sorry to be gone so long. Just settling in. Had to get back to work yesterday, so been pretty busy. However, I did just receive notice that a poem I submitted a couple months ago will be appearing in an online magazine.

Made my first OTC drug recommendation to a patient.

It felt great, as odd as that seems, since it doesn't seem like a big deal. But for me, it is, because I'm usually too afraid to recommend drugs. What if there are more ideal ones for this particular patient, for instance?

Today, I directed other patients to the pharmacist, and the drugs she chose were ones I would have picked as well. Perhaps I should be more confident and trust my knowledge.

Why do we fall in love with those you can't have. Distance sucks.

    I'm sick...

The same thing always happens. I feel like I'm freezing, but my body is burning up. My nose begins to run, my eyes water, and my sinuses are pressured. Thankfully, this is about as bad as it will get tonight... I'm not forward to the waking up tomorrow, because that will be the peak of it, when my body is sore.

I have no idea where this came from. Must be the going in and out, with the weather like it is, because nothing else really makes sense...

Orange juice and chicken noodle soup, here I come~!

Oh SNAP! I was just this very second about to post something similar about how I stupidly didn't buy any Halls Soothers the other day and now my stinking cold has taken a turn for the worst. Nose, throat and fever the works. Winter bugs striking around the globe!

Hope you manage to get some rest and feel better soon. (*hug*)

We need to develop a brain implant for all gays, so that we can know who is and who isn't.

    I. Am. Living. Right. Now.

In New York on my 9 hour layover on the way to Hawaii - just walked from Penn Station up to Times Square and now am having drinks with people I met on my flight who are doing the same trip as me. YAAAAS!

Oh dear. 13 year old (American-style) libertarians exist.

Of course. You must be immeasurably familiar with self-sufficiency, work and independence.

Oh, they do. I've seen them before. 13-year-olds complaining about "lazy people accepting handouts" and such and then complaining about how their parents didn't buy them a new iPad.

(*hug*) I think the fact that I'm sick and will be the starting the quarter sick is making me more irritable than usual today :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I can't lay down, because when I do, one side of my nose clogs up. Fuck this cold, or whatever it is!

It's going to be one of those nights...

Well orange juice and chicken noodle soup, you two down for an up-all-night slumber party?

    LOL.
