Zoloft....?

Well, these side-effects don't sound completely awful, tho the nightmare thing...that kind of has me worried a little bit.

My main concern is treating the depression. See, I can tell when I'm legitimately depressed and when I'm just having a shitty day. When I'm having a shitty day I can pin-point the reasons, but when it's more of a clinical depression-driven sadness, I get these feelings of worthlessness and loneliness (amongst others). I'm not counting on ridding myself of these feelings completely (life can be perfect. Duh), but I'd like to be able to manage these emotions, and while Wellbutrin did help for a while, it doesn't do for me what it used to, so I'm looking forward to (hopefully) discovering another aid.
