Your Fantasy Game Character Class

Magic > Archer > Thief > Warrior
Ranged attacks are so appealing. Magic itself is really cool, and warriors are pretty bland to me, so yeah. Ideally I'd be paired with a warrior or archer if I played a magic person for a good duo.

 

I like being a warrior because I've always had a fascination with swords.

I'm pretty sure that keeps them awake no matter what.

Certain dots don't do that. Poison does.

Chugging poison potions is what kept you from sleeping in the lower level Promvyion bosses in FF11.

Also...

If a tank does their job a healer can do theirs. Unfortunately a LOT of responsibility falls on the tank. But if they don't then everyone blames the healer who can either heal themselves in hopes the DD can pull hate so they can act as the tank or just let the ship sink.

The name of the game is protect the healer because they keep you alive.

When I'm on monk I always break off who I'm attacking to go pull aggro off of my healer or any mage class. Being a healer main gives them a special place in my heart.

I don't worry too much about bards or dragoons. Hell With featherfoot and third wind I can tank bosses for a reasonable amount of time.

Archer pride!

 

I mostly play d&d and my favorite class is the cleric. I like to use magic to buff myself and fight in melee, but but then my heals come in real handy too. However, as far as video game go I almost always go warrior.

 

Magical!!! Mages are just optimal for me, good distance and power. Second would prolly be archers tho

 

Magical, definitely.

Mind control, shapeshifting and water magic are my favs.

 

I always end up being the DM, so I actually don't have a character.
If I did I'd probably be a rogue-like class, or a mage. Not a front lines person. =P

Well, maybe not mage, since this one time I was playing a MMO with my friends and my brother. One of my friends was a wizard, my other friend was a cleric, I was also a wizard, and my bro was a fighter. Not the best combination, but it was fun. Until right before we were supposed to fight this higher-leveled boss and my brother went AFK. As you can imagine, us being a party now completely made up of mages, we were destroyed. So why did my brother go AFK at the last second? *pause* To get more nachos.

 

Depends. I am usually inclined to pick an archer because I love archery and like long-range shots, but I usually pick this one if I know I will have a party with me. If not then I might go with a thief or a mage. Powerful spells to kill off my enemies and keep me alive or a thief that can use his or her surroundings to hide from enemies and do sneak attacks.

 

For me, I'd choose Thief, then magical, then warrior, and finally archer.

Long distance is never really my thing, as I like to get in close for the kill :icon_twis

I also love magic, so that is my second choice.
