Worst Therapy Session Yet

AshleyDi, are there any LBGTQ centers in your area? My therapist is at a center like that and I think that makes all the difference with why he is so understanding and helpful and supportive. There's times where we don't even discuss my sexuality, but rather just my background and life history, as it is all connected. Honestly, my therapist has been a blessing. Best decision I've made in a long time. I hope you can find somebody similar. They're out there.
