    Oh my gosh...xD this is the funniest and most pathetic court case I've heard of...wow...I really can't stop laughing. It's quite interesting though, but hilarious. First and probably only lawsuit that will be against me..I can't even...wow, okay.

    I love that you can read the entire (handwritten) filing, spelling and grammar errors included, here. Pretty clear this woman is a few fries short of a happy meal.

    Are you serious this woman is freaking bat suit crazy. Does she realize she is suing herself too. I think she just needs a good lay or a nicenice quiet trip to the rubber room with a nice warm coat that will keep her calm.

    This case should have never been accepted. The "law" cannot judge morality, nor, by law or ethics, is allowed to establish what is "sin".

    My first words to this imbecile would be......."Where is your proof that God and Jesus are real"?

    She would have to prove, beyond ANY shadow of doubts, that God and Jesus are real beings.

    She cannot.

    Therefore there is no cause for her babblings and rantings to be filed against a society of people.

    I disagree. Had they not allowed the case to be filed, she could not piss her money away by paying court fees. Besides, hopefully the court will either declare her vexatious or warn her that could happen in the future.

    The way our legal system works in the US, anyone can file any claim, not matter how ridiculous. This filing doesn't even meet the legal standard for a proper filing for a whole variety of reasons, not the least of which there's no prayer for relief and no coherent citation of what torts, legal theories, or laws have been violated.

    So it will get tossed unceremoniously, and if we're lucky, she'll get a "vexatious litigant" tag attched to herself which will prevent her from refiling and potentially subject her to monetary penalties.

    But the woman is, honestly, not all there, so who knows if she'll even get it.
