What's your favorite genre of music?

Pop and R&B.

(Dance-pop, electropop, indie pop, chill pop, sex jam R&B, clicking R&B, etc.)

 

Personally, I am open to different genres of music.
I like rock, oldies, acoustic, classical, orchestra, metal, rap, etc.
List goes on and on.

 

Probably hip hop, I'm mad about Wu Tang, Nas, Biggie, Kendrick Lamar, Blackstar that sort of thing.

Past that I guess I'm most in love with stuff that you could call garage or alternative rock, so stuff like Clash, Strokes, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pavement, Pixies, Galaxie 500.

 

Hard to say, but i move more inside the triangle of Rock, metal and jazz. Also some other stuff.

But usually my favorite songs and bands are genreless/multigenre/unclassificable...the kind of music you cannot describe with words,and in the case you do. You need at least 2 sentences to describe the song

 

Symphonic Metal: ex. Lacuna Coil, Within Temptation, Apocalyptica

I love the fusion of classic instruments like piano, violins and cellos with the guitar and heavy rifts found in heavy metal.

BUT...I listen to all types. Pop, Rap, Hip-Hop, R&B, Rock, Country, Classical. There is nothing I won't listen to.

 

My favorite genre is classic rock. But I prefer to describe my musical tastes by time frame (late 60s to early-mid 80s), so that way I can include everything from Peter, Paul, and Mary to Billy Joel to AC/DC to Journey.

 

I'll have to have 2 genres here, Deep House and Progressive House, reason being is they're at the different ends of the House spectrum really, and I love them both loads.

J-pop and EDM of all types (including trance :3) are tied ^_^

 

Minimalism, rock, classical and space music.

 

I'm a rock kinda girl... Even though the rest of what I listen to is just everywhere lol

My favorites are joan jett and the black hearts, The killers, Sublime, The Beatles... I could go on, I'm still looking for more stuff

 

I absolutely love Korean Pop music :3
SNSD, 2NE1, After School, BESTie, SHINee, HAM, Wonder Girls, Big Bang, and F(x) are a few of my favorite groups

 

Rock, Pop (If the song is good), Indie, Folk, Epic, Instrumental, Alternative. There's more, but those are the main ones that immediately come to my mind.

 

Rock, Alternative and Pop. Also pretty much anything from the 60's to the 80's.

My favourite artists would have to be... Panic! At The Disco, Elvis, Elton John, Mumford & Sons and Fun.

 

I just like alternative-y stuff in general, but if I had to pick, I'd say metal. A few of my favourite artists would be Carcass, Emperor, Darkthrone, Hatebreed, Nine Inch Nails, Marilyn Manson, Children of Bodom, Dream Theater, Ensiferum, Enslaved, In Flames, The Cure, Pavement, Moonsorrow, Mayhem, Opeth, Pennywise, Sepultura, Slayer, Megadeth, Nile, and Death.

I like 90's alternative and rock. But also enjoy Folk and Country and dance and well anything good
