We do a Swedish Christmas every year, meaning swedish meatballs and my personal favorite, julgröt.... As known as rice pudding :]

    How about everyone else?

    [MERRY CHRISTMAS, by the way!]

I have a dessert every year called "fruit pizza" which is pizza crust topped with cream cheese and cut up pieces of fruit such as strawberries, bananas, kiwis, etc. It's so good.

every christmas eve on my dad's side of the family we have to eat smelt and some wheat-like stuff. the smelt is good but the wheat stuff tastes and feels like an eraser.

My grandma makes these AMAZING scalloped potatoes every year for Christmas Eve dinner that are gluten free(She can't eat wheat) and I love them. The taste exactly the same as they would with flour. She even made them this year even though her husband tore a leg muscle and he is laid up.

Well, up until a few Christmases ago we would always have pigs in a blanket.

Chex mix is another traditional item.

I love julgröt so much!!! It's one of my all-time favourites, I make it all the time though, not just for Christmas, I love it...
I do eat a whole lot of creps around Christmas, but those are my birthday breakfast so I'm not sure they count... We generally do the whole turkey dinner and my mom always makes several batches of pepparkaka cookies which I love so much!

Aha Rum Balls and ham, which we always seem to have enough left over for another month. Hurrah! (sarcastic enthusiasm at its best)

We JUST started this thanksgiving with mac + cheese. The one last night was AWESOME, had mini tomatoes in it, made it taste so much better

Everything else is the cliche christmas dinner stuff :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
