What sports/hobbies do you guys do?

I love hockey, too. I'm a football and baseball fan as well.

 

Love to play football (soccer) and have played at a reasonable level locally although I do need to get a bit fitter to get back to my best lol. I also have 2 horses which I enjoy driving that's a bit different to most a strange mix horses and footy.

 

I do ultimate frisbee back home, but I'm currently studying abroad. Here I hit the gym three or four times a week. And when it comes to hobbies, I love learning new languages and reading sci-fi .

 

I like writing when I want to. Spending time on the internet looking at interesting stuff like EC and other topics or articles that spark my interest. I'd like to start going out more, but I think I may have social anxiety or something a little milder. Whatever, I am just not comfortable in public.

I like playing video games competitively. Listening to music and talking to my friends at school, where I have basically my own friends to talk to in our little bubble. I also like to sing, even though I am very crappy at it. Hahaha!

 

I've never really been into sports until recently when I enrolled into a karate class. I used to like swimming, but I don't really like to swim in chlorinated pools or in waters where I see fish and minnows swimming around.

 

I'm a brown belt in judo and a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. I mainly train in muay thai though, and I teach MMA occasionally.

Aside from that I love badminton, volleyball, tennis, table tennis, crossfit... a little bit of everything I guess.



Except golf and hockey.

Hobbies: My motorcycle is #1.
I'm pleasantly surprised by the number of you who are hunters and shooters. I like mechanical things including firearms. Waterfowl hunting is a relaxing and fun pastime. A good retrieving dog is awesome to watch.
I'm also an avid NASCAR fan.

 

Hockey and baseball, and I like to play basketball from time to time.

Not sporty. As for hobbies, the first major one I acquired was computer programmings (C++), then composing electronic music, and recently drawing (anthro specifically).

 

Wooo, greetings fellow programmer ;D C++ is a blast once you get over the initial learning curve of understanding pointers, etc.

 

Mainly archery. I also love basketball and football, but I haven't been able to get on any teams.

In the future, I would also like to try out some type of martial arts or fighting sport.

I have other "hobbies", but I think this thread is mostly pertaining to sports.

Volleyball, Basketball, Table Tennis, Running and i hope to have time to do Kung Fu next semester.

 

Wow! There's a lot of sports oriented people here. I wish I could play sports better, I'm just too out of shape. I do love swimming and fencing and archery and frisbee and softball though. My favorite of all hobbies is playing music though! I play guitar, bass, drums, vocals, piano/keyboards, saxophone, clarinet, and trumpet. I really want to learn how to play the ukulele, mandolin, banjo, violin, you know what I want to try everything at least once.

 

I like soccer, hockey, skiing, snowboarding and rock climbing. I did track and swimming in high school as well, but I can't swim competitively anymore. I'll try just about any sport though, I love being active.

 

I figured out that I like poetry, reading and writing. =)=)=)
