    I Feel Immortal - Tarja

Not only is is an epic fucking song that gets me pumped, but the lyrics remind me of when I was back in a funk I was in that I've since overcome, which makes the song all the more epic to me

Feeling Small by Marianas Trench. It reminds me of when my Grandpa was really sick and every time I hear it, I think about how much I miss him.

"Higeki wa Mabuta wo Oroshita Yasashiki Utsu" by Dir En Grey comes to mind.

It was my introduction to the band, and I found them around the time a friend of mine was in chemo therapy and one of my best friends at the time survived a suicide attempt---which is painfully sad and uncomfortably ironic to me, especially if the rumors about the song's backstory is true (which is supposedly about the lead singer feeling responsible and guilty for a fan passing away from suicide, and regularly cries when they perform it live).

Heaven Knows by Five For Fighting. Honestly this will probably always be my favourite song, it's struck some weird kind of chord with me since I first heard it.

    Riot Lights by Apocalyptica

    Chrome by VNV Nation

    Arsonist's Lullabye by Hozier

    Self-Machine by I Blame Coco

George Blagden's cover of I Will Follow You Into The Dark

Aaaand basically everything by Twenty One Pilots, especially Addict With A Pen, Taxi Cab, Ride and Semi-Automatic. Say what you want about them, it's comforting for me to find music that, as somebody who has had a mental disorder for roughly six years now, I can actually relate to.

The Middle by Jimmy Eat World means a lot to me. I have a very vivid memory that it always reminds me of. I was 7, in between my parents in my Dad's truck and we were listening to the radio. This song was on and we were on our way home and we were driving across a really long bridge that extends over a bunch of railroad tracks and corn fields, it has a pretty view, and it was the middle of the summer and the sun was just starting to set and everything felt so perfect and I felt so loved and so safe in that moment. It always reminds me of home.

The Script - Hall of Fame
This song suggests me that I can get what I want. I just have to work for. But if I do work hard I can do everything.

    OneRepublic - Lift Me Up
This song makes me better all the time  And when I feel bad I tend to dance a little to it ('cause I can't dance  ) But I love the song.

MKTO - Afraid Of The Dark
A song I know almost all the lyrics of. I just love it that much. Just an amazing song.

Other songs that mean a lot to me:
    The Script - Superheroes
Jess Glynne - Don’t Be So Hard On Yourself
Mary Lambert - She Keeps Me Warm

Locked Away - R. City ft. Adam Levine
Recently been realizing that I most likely have depression and been feeling lonely. Song kept making me cry especially listening to Sam Tsui's cover.

Lay Me Down - Sam Smith
Marriage equality and a song somewhat tied to depression

    Same Love - Macklemore
Helped get marriage equality in Washington. The more states that allowed marriage equality early on, the harder it was for the supreme court to reject Obergefell v. Hodges

Written in The Stars - Tinie Tempah ft. Eric Turner
    A nice reflection song.

Written In The Stars 2.0 - Eric Turner
Just Eric Turner with a ballad version of Written In The Stars.

Like a Boss - The Lonely Island
Not really a favorite song of mine but a song my friend and I used to listen to a lot when we first met. I really do love her badly.

A lot of songs that I really enjoy have already been posted so I won't repeat them but pretty much any pop love ballad or one that let's you reflect, I typically enjoy.
