I'm the older of two sisters, although I guess there were two miscarriages as well, one before me and one in between me and my sister.

My sister is straight.

But birth order does not appear to have any impact on sexual orientation in women.

Out of the 4 other brothers and sisters in my family i am the second youngest. But I am a twin, and the oldest one. I was supposed to be the youngest but i kicked my brother out of the way so now he is the youngest in the family.

I did that too. We were also supposed to be born three months later. He was going to stay in for the three months, but I kicked him, so he had to come out. huh.

 

Oldest. I have a younger sister and she is also bi, but we are very different in almost every other way. We appear to be the only queer ones in an enormous extended family.

 

I am the younger sibling, but to a sister! I don't think it's about testosterone...

 

i beg to differ, im the second youngest after 2 older brothers, im gay, then after me a girl is born, i dont think that's a coincidence

Sadly I'm the only gay, but statistically there should be a bunch of us in my extended family.

I'm surprised to see so many oldest gays out there, I thought I was the only one.

I'm the youngest. I have a gay uncle who is also the youngest.

 

I have and older brother and an identical twin brother. I am the youngest by a minute and I am the only gay one. I am left handed as well.

 

Three brothers. One is 21 and straight as a ruler, the next is 17 and is also straight but jokes about being gay with his friends (Example: He'll say "I love you Christian! You complete me bro. <3" in his texts but hes not gay), then it's me. I'm 13 and as lesbian as you could get. Then there's my younger brother who's 11. He's so shy and blushy around girls and is 100% straight. My mom has her moments and "women crushes" here and there but as far as I know, she's straight.

In my family, since everyone but me is straight, (and they don't know I'm lesbian), call our same sex crushes on celebrities "my man crush" or "my woman crush" depending on our own gender. My oldest brothers man crush is Daniel Craig, second oldest brothers man crush is unknown as is my younger brother because we haven't watched the Red Carpet things in a long time. Not since my oldest brother moved out. Moms woman crush is Angelina Jolie.

For the record, I'd say Rose Huntington is the very being that made me realize I was gay. ♥ (After seeing her in Transformers, especially the buttshot+legshot in the beginning, it made me totally question my sexuality as I had never even labeled myself as straight before)
