    I would say Electronic(not necessarily EDM), Techno(and a lot of it's subgenres), Metal(three types power, symphonic and medieval), Disco(Spacesynth), Some Classical, Realistically I would say I almost like specific music from all genres, except for pop

    But my favourite music is Electronic(I like the most music from this genre).

    Heavy Metal. Let me put this addiction into perspective. I have a huge Metal CD collection and band shirts and some hoodies. I listen to over 30 hours of music most weeks and 90% of that is Metal. I don't know what most of my video games sound like. I go through earphones at quite a rate. I always have backup earphones. Some people listen to music when they sleep, but I don't need to because my dreams already have soundtracks. My listening habits haven't changed much since I was 14 or 15. Finally, I'm careful with volume and I protect my ears.

    If I had to choose I'd go for metal because that didn't change since I was like 13. But then again I could go for rock as well because I was brought up with Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Scorpions etc. (my father used to listen to it). I don't like to limit myself to only a few genres so I always try to find some new music.

    Folk should definitely be on there, but is indie really a genre? It just means music produced by someone other than a major record company, it's not like a specific type of music. There are subgenres ofither genres that are indie such a indie rock or indie pop but it's not really a genre on its own
