Albania looks worse than France ... though maybe you don't treat the Balkan peninsula as part of Europe? Anyway, that's a map of racial intolerance, not xenophobia. A better question would be if you didn't want a foreigner as a neigbor, as I believe (though I may be wrong) that most of the immigrants the UK doesn't like are from Poland, so they would be the same race.

 

Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, that sort of thing. They aren't fond of muslims either though.
