    I think a more knowledgedeable staff needs to reply here, but I and other staff were in the same boat. Sometimes there are server crashing or there will be a problem with the webhosts or website code. These things happen and then we just need to be patient until it gets fixed, because we would never leave you all hanging like this or close the site withouth telling anyone. I hope this reassures you all a little. :slight_smile:

    I know everyone has experienced some technical issues and EC has been constantly logging people on and off. So before you hit post on a forum, make sure to right click copy what you wrote. So if the website kicks you out or logs you off, you won't lose what you wrote.

    Simply log back in or reload the page and paste your content back in.

    Hope this info saves some headaches.

    Also, if you get logged out, then click the little check box that says stay logged in right beside when you start to log in. It fixed these issues for me, but you need to remember clicking it every time you log in.
