Mesomorph I think. I cannot wrap my fingers around my wrists, with 2 cm lacking. I am not very strong, I can lift Arms, hands to shoulders: 20 pounds each Legs, kicking: somewhere above 40 pounds, I did it easily Arms, shoulders going straight, upwards or infront of me: 30 pounds each Legs, feet to thighs: 20 pounds each Legs, how much standing: 320 pounds Arms, lifting while bent down 90 degrees and like huging: idk how much that weighed... around 150?
Endomorph. If I don't watch what I eat or don't go for the occasional work out, then I gain weight pretty easily. I wouldn't consider myself muscular, but I don't seem to have too much trouble gaining muscle after working out.
I'm not quite five feet (sigh), so I'm quite a short mesomorph. I've noticed some decent muscle build from gym workouts, but I eat a lot for someone my size. I don't care what I eat really, and I don't have much of a problem either. Everyone is always like, "How can you work out a lot and still eat so much junk food?" I have a weird body type I guess.
I have properties of both endomorphs and mesomorphs. While I may look like an endomorph, I have a 42 inch chest and 36 inch waist, and a bigger upper-body-to-waist is usually more characteristic of mesomorphs, I think haha.
I'm closest to Mesomorph. I don't have much muscle on my arms compared to some. I gain and lose weight easily. When soccer season finishes I usually put on weight and lose muscle, then during the season I lose it all and gain muscle.
just took the body type test at bodybuilding.com and it said that I'm between an ectomorph and a mesomorph which makes sense, since I could never narrow it down to just one
I have no idea. I have wide shoulders and hips, a largish bum, my legs are much thicker than my arms and I struggle to gain muscle mass. I have a large frame but I'm skinny. Between meso and ecto I guess?
I'm a mix of endomorph and mesomorph because I have wide shoulders and a typical body of an endomorph. I have about one inch difference between my fingers when I wrap them Around my wrist
I thought somatotypes were discredited. I can easily wrap all of my fingers around my wrists, I'm skinny but I lose and gain weight easily.
I want to say Mesomorph. I was naturally athletic when I was working out regularly, however I've gained a lot of weight due to well.. doing nothing. I've also been told I could never reach a low weight due to my bone structure being as massive as it is.
This is quite hard for me as I think I fall somewhere in between endomorphic and mesomorphic. It seems hard to tell the difference between mesomorphic and endomorphic. If I had to say, I'm probably more endomorphic. I gain weight rather easily. I also have thick thighs and a larger build. As I've observed during my gym class last year, I can lose weight if I maintain good cardio.
Primarily an Ectomorph, although I'm not overly tall. However I may be becoming a little bit Mesomorph as I've gotten older and managed to gain a bit more weight/shape. It's hard to know exactly with me being less mobile than others my age what my body is trying to be, but I read somewhere that Mesomorph females tend to have an hourglass figure, and that seems to be the shape I'm developing into. My body bulges and tapers in terms of proportions.
