I'm not sure what to think about countries such as Saudi Arabia and Qatar condemning the attack in Orlando. It just seems hypocritical to do so when their punishments for LGBT+ people are so horrific.

That's what I'm thinking it might be, that or just stress.

  5. Ah, I know the feeling. Stress is usually my trigger.

So, I had a huge fight with my best friend.

    Moral of the story?
PMS sucks, don't talk to a friend if both of you are on your periods!

Okay, I hate unfollowing people on Facebook. Too bad there's no way to block memes from your timeline. I've unfollowed at least half a dozen people because they post at least one meme an hour. And I can't keep up with their important life moments or whatever when I have to hunt through millions of memes. Like, I just found out a friend of mine is having kids and I only know that because I felt bad about unfollowing him and jumped on his profile real quick to look like I wasn't a terrible friend.

I feel you man. There's one kid who has a serious habit for posting memes. It'd probably won't exist, but there's probably a meme blocker extension for Chrome. Probably unlikely and be really hard to create, but it doesn't hurt to look.

Man, what Facebook should have is an intelligent timeline. Facebook's algorithm makes it so things more personally relevant to you have a higher chance of appearing higher on your newsfeed/timeline. So why not have something where you can unfollow specific kinds of posts? I don't need to see the millionth "tag a friend if you remember the '90s" post.

And no...Unfortunately, no meme blockers yet. Probably would take a hell of a long time to actually develop because how are you going to train it to actually recognize a meme?

You'd think with all the changes Facebook is making to the timeline, it'd actually be more intelligent than it is right now. But yeah I get what you mean, I'm tired of seeing 'Type @[letter] and the first person will have to do [activity]

And that's actually what I was thinking when I was typing out the reply. If it were possible, it'd take a hell lot of script and creative thinking...not so sure it's possible. cause what'd the script would have to do is scan a webpage for a photo and if it does contain a photo, scan for text overlay, and if it does, it'll have to do something. But of course, not all photos with some sort of text overlay is considered a meme. Some may be harmless.

I've been listening to Jason's Song by Ariana Grande. Again, music is my therapy.

They're rather good at doing that at this point (or at least Saudi Arabia is). They (Saudi Arabia) practically funded the Taliban/al Qaida. I would not be shocked if someone eventually discovers that they fund ISIS, too.

Haven't slept for more than 24 hours but at least I had fun. I don't wanna ruin my sleep schedule, so I try to stay awake until dinner and then go to bed. Let's see how that works out.
I feel better though. I wish my mind would stop telling me that meeting my friends is a bad thing. Maybe it doesn't exactly help, but at least I don't think about bad things when I'm with them and actually enjoy life for once.
