I really wish my mother-in-law wouldn't touch me. ENOUGH WITH THE GODDAMN HAIR TOUNSELING AND THE SHOULDER GRABS! I hate it when people touch me without asking and the fact I'm working (or trying to- I am on here, after all) doesn't seem to stop her.

Actually, she's gotten weirdly touchy since our big fight last week. I don't know if this is better or worse than her usual passive-aggressiveness. Wait. It's worse. Definitely worse. Because she has no sense of boundaries! She has to literally stand in the doorway talking at you no matter how busy you look. And she doesn't get the hint! I can have headphones in. I can have obscure German snuff films playing in the background. She doesn't get it. In fact, sometimes she'll even walk around the office, grabbing my stuff and asking what it is.

Lord, save me from this woman...

Alright, boyfriend. Sure, I think something's up with the Sanders protestors in Seattle (the girls weren't affiliated with the actual Black Lives Matter movement, for one). But do you really have to make jabs about how they "look like they're from the projects"....? I mean, can't you criticize someone without going for racist stereotypes? Ugh.

I'm thinking of a friend of mine... He was committed to a mental hospital today because he's not feeling too well and hasn't for a long time. :icon_sad: I hope he's gonna be alright, and although we're not very close yet because we haven't known each other for that long, I still kind of miss him already. :/

 

Dear boyfriend's mom. When coming into the office to quietly put something away, you don't need to loudly announce "I'M COMING IN THE OFFICE. SORRY TO BOTHER YOU. I'M PUTTING SOMETHING AWAY" and then stand there in the doorway for five minutes trying to talk to me about your life. Does the fact that I have headphones in and I'm furiously typing not register?

I swear to god, even if I pretend to be busy, it doesn't make a lick of difference. She still comes in anyway without knocking on the goddamn door. Oh my god, even my own mother used to knock or at least make sure I wasn't busy.
