What are you thinking?

That I almost died a few hours ago, and how shaky I still feel.

I was driving down 95S in the second to right lane, and near 212 this semi/tractor trailer/huge truck nipped the rear of the car, or a tire blew out, or both, and suddenly, I had lost all control, and careened across both the other two of four lanes of traffic and then onto that green part in the middle, up and over this hill and onto the other side and it seemed like I was going 10 times as fast as I was and all I could think was: I am going to die, or wrap this old Toyota around a tree, and it was looking like the car was going to slide all the way into the northbound lanes, or I'm going to flip over, why is this happening to me? Luckily I eventually came to a stop, & I am shaken, but nothing is broken.

Here is a longer post about all the implications, I could really use some support/advice right now, as this may create other messes....

I'm never eating an El Diablo burger from Hardee's ever again. It was so hot and spicy I thought I was gonna get sick. At first it tasted good... but then I needed to drink a bunch of milk.

Me: I'm not telling.
Mum: But you can tell me, I'm your mum.

Sigh. That attitude proves exactly why I won't tell. Because I hadn't even said who I'd voted for and she was already telling me who she thought I shouldn't vote for. As far as I'm concerned I made my own decision and am happy with it and do not wish to waste time justifying it to other people.

I was having a good afternoon...

 

I hate these stupid off and on chest pains, and there's also a prickly feeling from the nerve that goes from my armpit down my side. Not cool. Got an ekg yesterday, and it is abnormal. Supposedly, the cardio doc. thinks I have ischemia possibly. Thoughts and prayers for me as I have a stress test and ultrasound probably next week.

They're looking for a new team lead in my team, as our current one got promoted. Not sure if I have the necessary experience, but I'm definitely gonna apply.

I'm ready to have some responsibilties, professionally speaking.

 

Time is for living it, right here and right now.

Time is not for planning what you will do later, or what you should do later, or whatever the fuck they want you to do later.

Long story short : Fuck money.

This is some of the scariest shit ever ... those near misses in a car. This one, as described, sounds especially harrowing.

If you can, what I'd do is try to go someplace quiet for the weekend, even if just to overnight someplace that isn't too expensive and rest. Someplace that feels completely different from Baltimore. I know that there are places like that which aren't too ridiculously far away.

 

Today sucked, I was riding a roller coaster and my car keys flew out of my pocket during the ride. :dry:

 

Stuck on a train, probably I'm late for work. For 15 damned minutes. And they call this a decent service... Here you've got what you paid for...
It's friday, but I don't care... All sucks the same as on mondays.
