EXACTLY! I never felt old as a senior in high school. I started feeling old when I hit 20. Now I'm really thinking "OMG. I'm going to be 21 in a couple of months. I'm almost 4 years away from being in my mid-20s! It's all down hill from here! :rolle:

So far today is better than yesterday, and I imagine tomorrow will be even better. I'm liking this pattern.

Sometimes I picture all technological devices being linked together as a singular entity. And that entity fucking hates me.

Why do epic fantasy novels never have guns and primitive artillery like cannons in them? I've done the research, and both technologies were available in medieval times.

    Ah, the singularity. Creepy stuff.

Gonna head off to a 100% vegetarian Indian buffet with my mom in an hour or so. We've never been here before and the customer reviews look good, so I'm excited

Bah, social anxiety. Five hours isn't terribly long by way of email, so stop worrying about it, mind...

I forgot to mention this yesterday. While my family and I were sitting in a restaurant eating, we got sat at a table in between two obviously gay couples. I could see everyone else at the table was clearly uncomfortable.... most awkward meal ever.

    Awesome!

I'm not that adventurous in my dining options. I'm the guy who orders a burger at a Mexican restaurant .

So our principal just came on over the loud speakers...

The "senior snuggle event" was cancelled.

That was sad, but I'm quite sure it was a prank. And it made my study hall laugh their ass off. I'm pretty sure my principal was half laughing while he made that announcement.

I'm biased because I grew up on it, but Indian food is really the best in terms of vegetarian cuisine. The flavors are just as enticing as any meat-containing dish.

    ...

My mom and I came back. Perhaps the good Yelp reviews are fake or outdated because the food was awful. It was lukewarm and bland. The deserts were cookies that you could buy from a supermarket. They didn't have traditional Indian deserts. This is the first Indian restaurant I ate at whose food sucked. I am quite disappointed ):
