Trust me when I say that I don't mean to stereotype, but I live on a street full of Russian families and I swear that the fireworks they use every New Years are not in line with California code. I'm afraid for my car, which I shouldn't have left on the street. I'm on the second floor and I'm still afraid to go by the windows.

 

For a semester? That's pretty damn cheap.

Any law that limits my access to dangerous explosives is completely unjustified. I don't know about you Euroblokes, but over here in God's Country we have a legal duty to carry at least half a pound of C4 and an assault rifle at all times.

I feel so dumb because it took me 20 minutes to figure out how to put together and use a Swiffer Sweeper.

 

Last night my manager from work texted me "Happy New Year!" and then proceeded to ask me about how busy work was on my shift. It was incredibly awkward (I always feel awkward around her - even in text) because I was naked for 90% of the conversation.

Young Some love is absurd.

I don't want the kind of love that I'd lose myself in. I've seen so many young people forget morals, abandon dreams, discard any and all life lessons, and generally drop all polite proceedings simply because they're "in love". That doesn't seem like love to me.

I want the kind of love that helps me grow as a person while keeping me true to who I already am. Clearly if you fall in mutual love with someone they like you as a person, so why change to keep someone with you?

I feel so damn old...

Unfortunately, I can't seem to get into TNG or DS9. Only liked Voyager and Enterprise. On season 4 of Enterprise and finished Voyager.

The other series are just so... blah.
