What Are You Thinking?

Aw man, I woke up with another headache again. Hopefully it'll pass.

 

I'm watching Switched At Birth (this drama series from ABC Family), and in the previous episode I watched, Bay found out that her (now ex) boyfriend cheated on her with her ex best friend. Fast forward to the next episode (which begins on a minor time skip), and her ex is asking her....sister/switched-at-birth-person (I don't know what to call her???) Daphne how Bay is doing. When he finds out that Bay has a boyfriend, he gets this entitled look of "Excuse me? She's with SOMEONE ELSE?" look on his face, and I just laughed because that actually happens in real life, with people I've known, no less.

Honey, if you cheated on someone, and that person moved on with someone else, why is you gon' be mad about it? It was yo' damn fault, don't be mad. You made yo' bed, so lay in it, ya damn fool. *z snaps*

 

I am kind of very caffeinated right now. When I'm caffeinated like this, I always have a big desire to talk to my lovely Italiophile :love:, but Netflix, video games, classical music, and peace and quiet will just have to do since he isn't here right now.

It's Black Friday and this cat didn't spend a dime.

Actually, I didn't even leave the house except to get the Christmas decorations out of storage. My family always decorates on Black Friday rather than go shopping. And I hardly leave the house anyway. xD

Plus I'm making soup. Cuss yeah!!

Cold days always make me feel so...so...optimistic. I love this. Little things aren't pissing me off as much anymore, I don't get stressed out. I love this.

And I've decided I'm going to continue to address my siblings as "the children" up until some real children enter my life again.

Golly, now I'm thinking of him, feeling good, and making soup? Somebody pinch me. :love:

Drank my first Monster energy drink today... tasted like a green apple Jolly Rancher. Like I was drinking liquid candy, so not so bad

 

Bad for your body, good for your midterms!

 

The non-Monster brands are more subtle and not as sweet (or at least not so 'candy-like'). If that's preferable.

So I learned a few things today. One, my boyfriend is always thoroughly entertained by my comments while driving, Two, not everyone has the sense that two guys holding hands are usually a gay couple, and Three, my boyfriend has learned to talk like me.

We're browsing the "Sexuality" section at Barnes and Noble earlier and a girl who works there comes up to us.

EMPLOYEE: "So, are you two looking for something hot and fun to try with your girlfriends?"
BRENDAN: "No, actually we're looking for the 'Gay and Lesbian' section."

2 hours sleep in the bag, now its time to get ready for work... This is starting to take its toll on me now... roll on a nice rest day, with a good night out!

On the positive side, im keen to find out if this guy makes a move again, im 75% sure he will....
