Yay, no school because of strikes! now I haev even MORE time to spend playing Spelunky. :rolle:

 

Glad I went out to get stuff for lunch when I did, it's tipping down now. That was quick, you gotta love British weather.

 

So glad I'm not going through Heathrow on Saturday.

 

The boarder agency is on strike so they've replaced them with civil servants and it's doubled efficiency. I have been lolling since I found out.

 

Claymore is a great anime series!! I loved every single episode except the ending. I felt like much more needed to be explained but you'll see when you get there. For some reason, I'm never satisfied with most endings in anime anyways :/.

 

I heard that the last two episodes are an original storyline that wasn't present in the original manga. I can't understand why they didn't just continue the anime, but then again, I don't understand how the anime industry works. The manga series is ongoing, though, and it's been released in the US, so there's that option.

I still have to clean the apartment, but I'm procrastinating on that (natch).

 

My family is filled with jackasses. I get randomly awakened super early in the morning by my mother who is yelling at me for God-knows-what. Doesn't help that today I feel especially lonely and am literally almost craving a boyfriend right now.

 

Man, I'm here giving blood and there's attractive medical people that keep looking my way...too bad they're dudes. Sorry bud, you're barking up the wrong tree

 

I have to sign a liability waiver before I go into the field next week so that in case I'm shot/stabbed/maimed in the line of duty I can't sue the state. Being told that today really was like a wake-up call. Dangerous criminals are dangerous. I forgot.

 

Today is one of the worst. It's like Life is saying "I've let him be genuinely happy for a little while, but I'm a douche so I'm going to completely ruin his day. Ha." My mother and both my sisters each found some reason to get all up in my face and yell at me today. Thing is: IT WAS ALL THEIR FAULT. Like, seriously. All the stuff that they were yelling at me about was completely their doing, and yet they still find some way to put the blame on me and pick fights.

I am sick and tired of being a chew toy for a trio of ugly, nasty pit bulls. To make things all the more worse, when I was out job searching, I saw a gay couple in one of the stores I was applying to (those who know which state I live in know how rare this sight is in public). Normally, I'd be happy at seeing this, but today I was just filled with extreme envy and anger because I don't have something like that, and it's something I want VERY BADLY (especially today).
