    I am 25 and I want to be a woman. i have wanted to be a woman from an early age, I dream of the day that I become a woman but i dont know where to start. does any know what the first step i should take?

    Well i think the first step for you is to see your doctor about this. They can guide you to where to look and meet the right people to aid you in your transition.

    Right. I think a gender therapist would be the best first step, and your doctor may be able to help you find one.
