Please point to me the place in that article where it says political revolt. I didn't see it, I even re-read the article twice. I see the word "uprising" not political revolt. I didnt even see the word political in that article.

On to your question. They said “We need people to stand up and speak out. We need to get noisy. We need some outrage. It is about the sheriffs now coming out to protect the people.”. This is an exact quote from the link with VERY little real information. To me this is again just them gripping and complaining and forming a political movement. Heck I dont see a call for anything dangerous in what they are actually quoted as saying. Frankly I feel the article is worded to spark outrage at a bunch of idiots wasting their time.

I've always found it hilarious when not only do they want to overthrow the government over this, but when they say the Second Amendment gives you the right to overthrow the government, 18 U.S. Code § 2385 has this to say on the matter:

Whoever knowingly or willfully advocates, abets, advises, or teaches the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying the government of the United States or the government of any State, Territory, District or Possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein, by force or violence, or by the assassination of any officer of any such government; or

Whoever, with intent to cause the overthrow or destruction of any such government, prints, publishes, edits, issues, circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays any written or printed matter advocating, advising, or teaching the duty, necessity, desirability, or propriety of overthrowing or destroying any government in the United States by force or violence, or attempts to do so...Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both

Everyone who attended that meeting and clapped at the idea of an armed revolt should be locked up until 2034.

If all their doing is getting outraged, then fine, good for them, yada yada yada. But the article also said a lot about uprising, and that does worry me a little because it does not say what kind of uprising. If its just a movement to get ssm banned again, thats still assholeish, but nobody gets hurt. But if its armed revolt, thats a serious problem.
