I just hang around locker rooms cause I want to be straight, to be honest .

Though to be honest I never had an issue showering with other men, although I wasn't out for fear of harassment. A lot of people are insecure with their bodies, and I don't think that's just because of their sexual orientation.

Yep, seeing a bunch of guys nude will turn anyone straight. Guaranteed. No one--and I repeat no one--can see a bare penis, and stay gay. It's impossible.

I'm under the impression that many men are insecure with their bodies. And it's not just gay men who can be uncomfortable with locker rooms. I've heard stories about straight men who were traumatized because their penis was small, and they got picked on as a teenager.

I can't say I'm comfortable 100% of the time in locker rooms now...but I've come a long ways. Although my progress is limited by the factor that the only locker room I've been in since I was a teenager is a swimming pool locker room. A lot of guys shower (in my area at least) with a swim suit on. But I have showered nude with no incident, and I refuse to play cute tricks so I can change in such a way that no one can see my penis. Overall, the experience has helped me with accepting my body.

These days, I have mixed feelings about PE shower situations. They are practical, and, I think, can help with body acceptance. But they also can leave horrible scars. Perhaps things would be better if showers were started earlier so kids get used to the idea before puberty hits. (Timing in the US is about the time puberty starts, which is about the time sweat becomes a problem. But guess what? It's when a lot of other problems start, too!). Maybe it would help if teachers made formal announcements about "bodies vary" and "sometimes guys will have an erection for no reason."

Yeah, I remember one of the main things I did PE (since we never did any sport I consider fun) was shoot quick glimpses at some of the guys. It was the gayest class in high school.

    1) I took physical education classes for seven years, as required. It didn't prevent me from being the queer ass faggot I am now.

    2) Isn't UKIP analogous to the BNP, that is, fascists who should be summarily executed?

Almost, except UKIP are far more tolerable and less publicised (Apart from if there is a local election they did well in. The British news seems to be flooded with UKIP at the moment. Also, BNP never does well in ANY election)
