No, this doesn't follow from one another. Giving money, which is one possible way to help, doesn't mean the country will be stronger than the UK out of nowhere. And if that is so, please cite some source that gives credible evidence about this phenomenon you're describing.

The EU has a variety of goals, as you can easily see here:
EUROPA - How is the EU budget spent?

Just see what the EU does, and what they do. It's not a matter of "defending smaller countries". You seem to be oblivious of the point of the European Union. Do you know why it exists? For one, it's beneficial for trade. It's an economic thing. Do you really think that the EU can afford it to "neglect" countries like Bulgaria. Because that's exactly what you were saying. I quote: "while completely neglecting smaller/insignificant countries like Croatia/Bulgaria".

Nonsense. There's absolutely nothing beneficial about this. Unless you can come up with some good reasons.

You know, you can say things countless times, but that doesn't make it true. If are so sure about these claims, then try to back them up with some actual sources rather than just saying something. Sounds more like some conspiracy theory, and even those do have some evidence in their favour. How many sources did I see in your post? Exactly none. Pure speculation, that's how it looks like.
