Is there any tips and tricks for doing this or is it just something you have to keep doing to get good at?
My first was a pretty big one at that. But the guy I was with was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. He didn't make me take in any more than I was comfortable with, though towards the end of the night I did manage to deep-throat him just once. You will definitely get a gag reflex, which you will have to overcome. That's why it is super important to be comfortable with what you're doing. Also, go in inch-by-inch. Don't be pressurized to take the whole length in, in one go. Take breaks and do it when you're comfortable.
