Timeout between wall messages, PMs, etc.

    Can this timeout be eliminated or reduced, at least for Full Members? It makes it annoying to try to talk to multiple people at once. :slight_smile:

    Hey I just think it needs to be shortened. There was a time on the old EC but I think it was 15 or 30 seconds and I could be wrong but I think it's to prevent duplicates but I do agree a minute is too long.
