Just wondering how long it took people to be able to wear their binder for longer periods of time? I know everybody and their body is different but just looking for a general idea. I’ve only had it on for about half an hour so far as I’ve been busy/out and was not going to be somewhere I could take it off. How long did it take you to get used to it and not be worried about it suddenly getting very uncomfortable and having to take it off? It feels snug but not uncomfortably tight so I think it’s the correct size. I followed advice on here and went up a size as I was at the very top end of the size below.
