Hi all, new to all of this. 42 years old, married and in love with my best friend. I'm currently in a major dilemma. I'm a newspaper publisher and the best friend that I mentioned, who is also married, is about to be exposed for embezzlement. I've known about it for a month (she confessed to me, why would you confess something like this to the owner of the local paper). I've told her I HAVE to publish the story but in my heart I really want to dumb it down and not prone as deep as I want to (And yes, I want to probe deep but that's a personal issue). I know I"ll do what;s expected of me, as she knows too, but it still bothers me and I'm afraid that our relationship won't be the same afterwards. Advice?
