I have hair that goes about my shoulders, and I'm bored with my current style, varying from "public high ponytail" to "casual low ponytail". Is there anyway I can spice anything up, whithout not having it tied up? I don't at all mind it looking feminine.
Slightly curly. From a 1 to 10 scale I would say 3.85. I'll look into those. I tried it. It looks nice. It's a little tricky to do on my own and I feel like it could easily fall apart but it looks nice.
I have a hairstyle I like. You need a little bit of bangs though, I don't kow if you have bangs. Anyways. Step 1. I do a braid at the back, not using the hair on the top of my head, but only the hair from a bit above the ears - about as much as you get a hold of when you're casually setting up a pony tail. Once you've braided it, take a... what's it called... hair band? (I'm a disgrace to the English language ) and then fold it up toward the top of your head. Then fasten it with a... hair clip? Step 2. Make a kind of Japanese style little blob/bulge/whatever on the top of your head, using the hair, well, on the top of your head. Most of the left-over hair, that is. Step 3. Cute yourself up a bit (I don't know the verb form of "cute" ), by putting your bangs to the side over your forehead, and make on the side around your ears and so on. If you are interested and didn't understand something, feel free to ask me back. ^^
Can't not to add a response in this old topic because I have the long hair too and I'm always curious about styles as you :icon_bigg I agree with the previous responses and can recommend you to pay attention on braids, it was a cool decision for me Here's a good gallery with different types of them on StyleMann, maybe you'll find smth good for you :icon_wink Personally I like the most of all these types
