The United Nations...is it a bad or good thing?

The United Nations is what we call a "feel good organization" it's a good idea, but in practice it fails miserably. largest reason why- veto power. Every country wants nuclear weapons gone lets say, one member of the Security council says "no" it dies, no matter how many people said yes. anyone remember Rwanda? talk about a UN clusterf*ck. 500,000 dead and the UN pats its self on the back...

 

United Nations is neither a good thing nor a bad thing. They accomplish nothing. They do nothing. They have no impact. Anyone who says anything different is looking at things the wrong way imho.
