    Well maybe thats not random but surely stupid.

    Let me prove ya that 2 times 2 is 5.

    Say that [​IMG]. Both sides are equal, you can check that with your calc. Next I add [​IMG] to both sides (I can do it, because results remains the same if we apply an operation to both sides). So we have:

    You probably know that stuff, binomial expansions ([​IMG]). Deriving from the equation above, we see that:

    Now let’s calculate the square root for both sides. The whole proof is as follows:

    Totally of the math path, but every time I see a post from InaRut AKA The Walrus I see this other picture of a wistful blonde who probably has some deeper meaning that I don't understand. BUT I keep thinking that's a real picture of InaRut and so when I see all his posts I think it's that Blonde's thoughts.:shrug:

    Still, I still think where we all totally went off on one during the picture thread should be brought back. It's just too awesomely funny not to display it to the general public.

    Oh and maths.

    My version of maths is as so:

    E=MC^2

    This is supposedly the theory of relativity. This is wrong, it is actually the theory of the meaning of life, hidden behind the theory of relativity. Once decoded, this should explain our existance.

    Top mathematicians have worked on this puzzle, it being of the utmost importance, and the symbols mean as follows:

    E= Eat
    M= More
    C= Cheese

    Which makes the calculation appear as so:

    Eat=More Cheese^2

    So the meaning of life is to eat more cheese, thus providing more calcium! The ^2 at the end, meaning "squared" could either mean:

    Eat=More Cheese x Cheese

    In which we have to eat more cheese than just more cheese, or:

    Eat=More Squared Cheese

    Which now makes round cheese obsolete.
