The "do I pass" thread

Hey Astral.

Overall, I think you're doing great. If I had any suggestions it would be: trim eyebrows (thinner will appear more feminine) and you could try makeup as well (if you aren't already). That plus girls clothing (skirts, dresses, etc) will surely help.

You're quite pretty, by the way.

 

Thanks Rhys ^^ I'm working more on makeup skills (made myself look like a clown prostitute until I learned better xD), I need to keep my eyebrows somewhat unchanged as I'm not out to everyone yet but someday I will narrow them out :3

 

Strange request but do I pass as male looking at the face?

I'm cis-female but I've always felt that my facial structure is much more masculine...

Woah I'd say you pass completely. Often, I suggest eye makeup to help to pass, but in this case, you seem to have a very feminine face.

I think you pass pretty well I'd say you look between 16 and 18.

 

I'm wondering, based on the picture in my album, what gender would you guys think I am?

 

OK, I just uploaded another pic. I was wondering what people think of the combination I've got with the purple skorts and t-shirt. I know you can't see my legs in the picture, but these definitely show a lot more leg than I am used to. Then again, I tend to wear maxi-skirts or longer dresses.

 

It is a nice combi.
I would wear a necklace with it though to draw the attention to because there is no print or design on your shirt, you can also wear a scarf or something to "break" it

 

I just wanted to mention and the thread is so big i'm sure it has been. But lighting is so important you can think you look good in the mirror and take a picture and hate it.
If you can possibly get a mirror with lights all around it and take a picture of yourself chances are you will like it.

 

Just one question? What gender do you guys think I am in my pics?

 

OK, tried a different technique to cover my shadow. How do I look? (I couldn't handle Dermablend when I tried it, it felt too much like my stubble to my skin)

Okay, makeup skills still pretty much suck but whether I pass or not I wanted to share these!
Earrings!

I made them with neodymium magnets and a pair of metal flowers I got from the jewelry craft section at my store~! I mostly wanted to share this because it was an idea I had for more discrete clip-on earrings! For those who like earrings but don't want to pierce their ears for whatever reason (like me!) all you need is four neodymium magnets, (I use one large for over the ear and one small for under for comfort reasons) and a piece of jewelry that is either made of metal or has metal parts that you can hang off the magnets with. The great thing is that you can have multiple pieces of jewelry for one set of magnets! But you can always glue the jewelry down if you prefer to make it more permanent!

What do you think?

I think that's a really good idea, I quite enjoy crafting so this would be for me lol. But I really don't mind getting piercings, in fact I already have my left ear pierced.
