    Who else is pumped about this movie?

    I just saw a bootleg copy of the third trailer for it and it looks so awesome, Heath Ledger looks INSANE as the Joker and the entire cast is amazing.

    I loved Batman: The Animated Series as a kid, and I revisited my nostalgia after seeing Batman Begins, which I loved. So I guess I became a nerdy Batman fan only in the past few years :grin:

    Everything I've seen makes me really anticipate the Dark Knight- it has the Joker, AND we are introduced to Harvey Dent who inevitably becomes Two-Face. The cast, director; then there's the fact that the only early review I found said it's better than Batman Begins in almost every way, the only complaint being it's a little too long (but hey that's what editing is for).

    I love Batman, so I'll probably see it. But I don't know because of the whole Heath Ledger thing.

    I will probably see it this summer. Not that pumped about it but I'll most likely go. It's sad though about Heath. :icon_sad:

    Omigod, I'm so looking forward to this movie and I reckon it will be pretty sweet. I actually got gold-class tickets to see it when it comes out for my birthday, so I'm looking forward to it even more! (Basically means you get to watch the movies in a recliner chair with waitresses and waiters bringing you food...*joy*)

    I'm certainly interested in it; the "crazed clown" archetype is one of the only ones I actually enjoy watching. I'm not a huge Batman fan, but I've been hoping to see at least one good movie this summer and so far, nothing has met expectations. And I'll be in no way brought down by Heath Ledger's death, I wasn't a huge fan of his anyway. Not that I wanted him to die, but I didn't exactly start weeping when I heard the news.

    I hate everyone.
    I won't be able to see this movie until the weekends (maybe Sunday)... AGH!
    So many people have brought the tickets and all the cinemas near me are all FULL. GRR!

    Personally, I would rather wait until the weekend to go see it. I can wait a few days, it's worth not having to sit in front of screaming kids kicking the back of my chair, people who won't turn their phones off, and annoying people laughing at the most inappropriate moments. By the time I go see a movie, I'm usually the only person in the theater.

    Agreed i think i will wait a week if i can stand that long. If i hear or see one cell phone or giggling 17 year old girl i will freak out:bang:

    OH MY FREAKING GOD IT WAS AMAZING!!!!


    I absolutely loved it!


    I was going to kill someone if it was bad because it was his last movie and I love him... but someone lives!!!


    His mannerisms/voice/everything was so effen perfect.



    As far as the movie gos... there are surprises and expected things and it is all mixed in and it just turns out to be freaking awesome.


    I'm probably going friday to see it again at an IMAX because it is most def worth it.


    I miss Heath Ledger... This movie was everything I've come to expect from him... he does amazing work and it is sad this must be his last... but for a last... it was a hell of a last.

    Worst cinema experience ive ever had!!!
    Movie was fantastic
    All my friends ditched me when i went to get popcorn... had to sit alone, other end of cinema
    Somthing i thought you just never did.....


    Not the best memories ill remember :frowning2:

    im going to watch it too in the next 60 minutes! hwahwahwahwa. i actually send this post in the cinema. all the reporters are here in this awesome premiere. hwahwahwa. im so excited! god, i cant wait! jerr, im coming!

    I actually remember going to see a completely different movie that showed a TDK preview, and a teenage girl in the row behind me started crying because she realized it was Heath Ledger in the trailer. I can't imagine going to see the entire movie with that sort of crowd, so I'll be waiting at LEAST until the weekend.
