Definitely a turn on, just as long as they aren't covered in them

I saw a guy today who was completely covered in tattoos and it looked terrible.
Yes some are fine and some are a great turn on but when someone covers themselves in tattoos then I think it's the reverse way round, a complete turn off

Extreme turn-on for me. I'm getting Frank N. Furter's Boss tattoo come the end of the month, and it'll be my first.

I'd also like to get a band with the inscription on the Ring of Power on my other arm, at some point.

Those are my definite's. Still thinking on others. Ones indicating fandoms, particularly.

Another one I'm considering is one saying something akin to "I got this tattoo solely to make you ponder why I got this tattoo." Since I'm rather fond of writing a similar phrase on my arm and mocking anyone that asks me why I have things written on my arm .

Speak for yourself and yourself alone, and note in the future that attraction is entirely subjective.

I don't really lean either way.
I think they can look pretty bad-ass, though.
The only turn-off would be if they had any neck or facial tattoos, or if they literally had a tattoo of someone's face on their shoulder or something.
    Those ones are just gross.

I like facial tattoos, but on the "right" face.

I donĀ“t like anything to do with death in a bizar way, or with the devil and such "dark" stuff. That really would turn me off.

The right tattoo at the right place on the right person can be a turn on.

    He was speaking for himself.
No need to be so rude.

Tattoos can be a turn on. I like the small face tattoos, chest tattoos, sleeves, and just other ones. Depends on what it is, what it means to them, and where it is. I'd probably like it, anyway.

As for me, I might not get one. If I do, it'll be tiny.

Depends... I don't mind seeing a small, tasteful tattoo here or there... it's when they start looking like a wall of graffiti with those tattoo sleeves and whatnot that it's a total turn off.

They can be hot. But you couldn't in a million years get me to get one.

My sis has an angel tattooed on her shoulder, and a butterfly on her right foot. Can't say I'm looking at her shoulder or foot when we're being intimate though.

I have to go against the grain and say that they're a turn off for me. I find it a bit disappointing because I do understand the appeal and why other people think they're hot etc., but it's just a personal thing that I get turned off as soon as I see one.

On a more serious note, in my case, depends on the location in the body, but most likely a turn off.

I have them, I plan to get more. If I don't judge by gender, I'm doubting body ink is going to sway me away

It really depends. I'm not really attracted to anything big because I feel like it takes away from the beauty of that person and their skin. If they have something small, then it's fine by me. I'm planning on getting one soon, probably on the side of my rib. But it's going to be no bigger than the size of a dime.

I really don't like tattoos. I don't want them on myself or a partner.

I am going to have to say it depends on the location, size and what style art it is. Wrist tats on younger dudes drive me crazy!! I like ink, I think younger guys look more defined and a lot more edgy and older guys with sleeves and chest pieces look really hot. So all-in-all I say ink is a turn on for me if it is done correctly and is something that isn't idiotic ( getting a handle-bar mustache tat, tramp stamps, stars on your ribs down to your thigh, and I know it's kinda mean but I HATE tats of pictures, like deceased relatives. They always just come out funky looking and they're almost always on the upper arm, it's just odd. Get their name and brith-death, that's okay but their face in ink is odd.)

I definitely would never get one, and for the most part I'd be against my partner having them. I'd be perfectly okay with my partner having tattoos if they were part of his culture, like if he's Maori and it's a part of his heritage for example.

I have occasionally liked some tattoos. They're generally patterns of lines or dots or something like that though. Words or pictures of people/objects are never attractive to me, they're just really, really distracting.
