    They're my favorite band ever! I was a little young when they came out, so I never even realized they were controversial until I found a song I liked and researched the band afterwards. I just love their music, I listen to them everyday actually. And I love love love their new album. :slight_smile:

    I used to love their music.

    Checked my iTunes, apparently I have one of their CDs- it's Russian and called Pruzhinki and it's with Rammstein. I rather like it :slight_smile:

    I used to have a grudge against tatu because of its pure pop trashiness (fake lesbian act, fluffy lyrics, etc) and because it seems like only the bad europop gets to america while really great bands don't (there are many excellent and deep Russian musicians out there). But this past year, I've sort of listened to more tatu for nostalgia sake (I lived in Russia last year) and have gotten guiltily addicted. it's like ABBA in that it's completely catchy and fun to dance to. I do prefer the Russian versions to the English, though. the "translations" often have nothing to do with the words of the orignial...
