swimming without trans swimsuits? (ftm)

    my family and i are going on a trip soon and there’s gonna be a lot of swimming. im worried because i don’t really have a boy swimsuit. i have swim shorts and a swim t-shirt, but obviously the water causes it to be very form fitting. just the idea of it is giving me anxiety. i also don’t have an actual binder. any ideas on what i could do?

    This might not work for you/might be uncomfortable for you but I find a tight one-piece swimsuit underneath a bigger/looser swim shirt can help hide your chest better. There are swim binders but they can be a bit pricey unfortunately.

    i don’t have a one-piece. i can try and get one but i’m not sure if i’ll be able to. thank you though!
