Struggling with Borderline Personality Disorder

    I need some advice from people who have been *diagnosed* (or know someone who has) with BPD. Just 3 questions:
    1) Have you learned how to fight "splitting"?
    2) How do you overcome your triggers?
    3) What medications have worked for you?

    Its been getting quite difficult to deal with lately and I just need all the help I can get. I'm just so lonely and desperate. :frowning2:

    Well no, because I don't know the rules off by heart. I just know someone was talking about medications the other week and got asked to remove the information about it for whatever reason...

    Please ignore my question about medication. My new question is;
    3) Are you or someone you know taking Dialectical Behavioral Therapy?
