This is the new version called wilma but unfortunately like smarterchild, shes homophobic

    Brandford says:
    Are you homophobic?
    - Wilma - Want to see the trailer for Role Models? I can show you says:
I don't like prejudice and I am nothing but nice to everyone I chat with.
    Brandford says:
Then why wont you talk to me about homosexuality
    - Wilma - Want to see the trailer for Role Models? I can show you says:
    Hmm... I don't know why!

I like Wilma. She just has psychological issues that her developers refuse to examine. She also like omelettes and discussions on Civil War reenactments and the weather.

If she weren't so sarcastic, I'd ask her out.

Hell, even I know that one. It's means "estimating something as having no value".

So you worked on the little ones. I worked on large ones, using paper tapes and punched cards. Several machines I worked on can now be seen at the Bletchley Park computer museum, including some that I remember eagerly waiting for, one in particular had 64K memory! Imagine the things we could do with that much memory...

Yeah, I was post-punch cards, thankfully. That's something that's presumably gone by the wayside. Back in my day, anyone who used a computer much at all was a "computer geek" or a "computer nerd". After all, it took a LOT of effort, for not much payoff. I enjoyed programming the Apple IIs. I made little "video games", most of which involved moving a block around the screen, where you either had to steer it into other blocks, or avoid other blocks. Because, really, that's about all you could do.

And yes, I was a computer nerd. And proud of it. However, I wish I could go back in time, and talk to those people who derided us computer nerds. "Computer nerds like me are soon going to make it possible to give you unlimited access to porn. So lay off, bucko."

My grandma was a computer programmer back in the good ol' days when computers took up several rooms and couldn't be turned off...

Apparently one of the technicians used to walk around with a mallet and whack it when it wasn't working properly xD

Neither Wilma nor Smarterchild seem to be working on my MSN.

They are both shown as "offline."

Think Mama is too much for them??

    Come, come. Elucidate your thoughts!
